Homemade popsicles are our favourite during the Spring and Summer months. They’re refreshing, hydrating and delicious! Unfortunately store-bought popsicles tend to be full of sugar and artificial colours and flavours, and although a-okay once in a while, probably shouldn’t be a daily staple. The Dietitian in me LOVES to come up with nutritious homemade alternatives that my kids love (and ask for again and again!).

These homemade Raspberry Creamsicles, on the other hand, can serve as both a SNACK and a TREAT because they are equally delicious and nutritious. Made with Greek yogurt, these creamsicles contain protein, which helps to keep tummies full and energy levels stable. They also contain raspberries which are full of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. And that rich beautiful red colour makes these popsicles extra enticing.

And the best part? These homemade creamsicles require no added sugar, because the natural sugar from the banana and raspberries make them sweet enough!
