Flourless Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 2.5 cups natural creamy peanut butter
  • 1.5 cups packed dark brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs whisked
  • 1 package original goodness MWL Granola Bar Mix
  • 1 1/4 tsp teaspoon baking soda
  • 1.5 cup chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, mix all wet ingredients until blended
  • Add Made with Local’s Granola Bar Mix as well as baking soda
  • Mix with a spatula until blended
  • Add in chocolate chips and mix until dispersed
  • Scoop cookie dough onto a lined baking sheet and press down
    gently
  • Bake at 350F for about 9-11 minutes (take them out when
    they’re not quite fully baked)
  • Allow to cool and serve!

Notes

Don't over bake! The cookies may seem a bit under-baked, but that's when you want to take them out (especially if you like a soft cookie!)
