- 1/3 cup large flake oats
- 2/3 cup milk of choice or water
- 1 tbsp peanut butter natural is ideal
- 1/2 banana sliced or mashed
- 1/2 tsp maple syrup or honey
- pinch of salt
Combine oats, salt and milk or water in a microwave-safe bowl. Cook uncovered for 2 minutes.
Add peanut butter, banana and maple syrup and a bit more milk if needed. Enjoy!
