Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen Mango or combo of mango and pineapple
  • 1 frozen banana easiest to pre-freeze without the peel, and cut into chunks
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup hemp hearts
  • 3/4 cup coconut-flavoured Greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup milk of choice coconut beverage is our fave

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients into a good quality blender and blend until smooth before serving.
