This meal-worthy smoothie is easy, nutrient-packed and delicious. Smoothies are a great meal choice for kids, because they're so easy to make and they're packed with nutrition. Bonus: your kids can help make them!
Throw all ingredients into a good quality blender and blend until smooth! Add more milk if needed (smoothie bowls are better with a thicker consistency)
To drink as a smoothie, pour into a large cup and add a straw! For a smoothie bowl, pour into a bowl and add toppings of choice (we added raspberries, banana, chia seeds and shredded coconut).
