  • 1 cup frozen cherries
  • 1 frozen ripe banana
  • 1.5 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp hemp hearts
  • 1/3 cup Greek or non-dairy yogurt
  • ¾ cup milk of choice

  • Place all ingredients into a good quality blender and blend until smooth!
